Dated building, but the room was clean and comfortable. The Beefeater next door is a great bonus, offering reliable pub grub and friendly service.
3 miles approx from Crewe rail station in a rural quiet area , beefeater/Farmhouse restaurant bar attached friendly service and great food . Breakfast buffet both full English or continental or both if you choose ..excellent stay would return 100%
Fine for a family of five, issue with the lights which was resolved quickly and easily. You get what you get with the beefeater next door but you can take food and drink from there to your room which is a plus
Recently stayed here for just the one night. Needed to be in the area for work the next day and this Premiere Inn was ideal. Room was as to be expected, perfectly suitable for a overnight and everything worked well. Overall a pleasant stay and I will happily stay again.
Need a room for a night . This Premier Inn provided clean quiet accommodation: standard Premier Inn. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Food at the Beefeater was tasty and was good value; would we stay there again if we’re in the area? Yes
A very nice hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Extra tea and coffee is always available. The reception staff both on arrival and departure were very friendly, and gave us good info about places to see and things to do. I recommend staying here.
Overall a good stay. The room was cleaned to an acceptable standard – not spotless, but clean enough that I couldn’t say it was dirty. The main issue was noise at night. The thermostat makes a fairly loud beep every time the heater starts, which disturbed my sleep. In addition, the heater itself makes noticeable expansion/contraction noises. I understand this is normal for heating systems, but it was still quite distracting. Interestingly, placing something behind the heater against the wall reduced the squeaking noises significantly. Service and location were good, and apart from the heating noise, the stay was comfortable. With some attention to the heating system, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
On arrival we were greeted by Sarah, very approachable and accommodating. She explained clearly where we would find out room and even nipped to the Beefeater attached for a couple of fizz flutes as we had brought with us a couple bottles of fizz for the room. Thank you..
